I've been in the printing ind...Sounds like me.<br /><br />I've been in the printing industry since 1992, and have worked in my current position since 2004 (11 years). I know I could get a job with another company and get paid more, but there are aspects of this job that I really like.<br /><br />My supervisor(s) are at a completely different location. They pay for my bus/train pass. As long as I get the work done and keep the customer happy, I can pretty much do what I want. <br /><br />My wife and I also look at it this way: As long as we're able to afford to live the way we want to live, we're good with what we're getting paid.
