high and low...

It's funny how life works out. 
 
In May, I completed the London Marathon.
This week, I received an invitation to attend the incontinence clinic at City Hospital.

Still, what you lose on the swings, you gain on the roundabouts.

    and MS continues to rain down indignities on our heads.

    as you know i've been down that road myself, brother - if you go down the Bladder Retraining route, i hope that the common-sense lessons stick in your head better than they do in mine! good luck!
