I'm with you, rules are rules and they are quick to get high and mighty about how people treat them (and we are so vulnerable), so they should stick to the rules too.<br />I also hate it when people cycle without lights or any kind of bright clothing. Idiots on so many levels, but they're just not giving themselves or anyone else a chance, are they.
